# Unbreakable OS

> Unbreakable OS keeps your whole company working toward the same few goals. Set one to five big goals, run one monthly cycle, and close every priority executed, failed or pivoted. Try it free for 45 days.

Unbreakable OS is an operating rhythm for companies, built by Adam Weisner, an active CEO. It replaces scattered project trackers and status meetings with one repeatable loop that connects direction, decisions, execution and accountability. It is for founders, CEOs and the whole company they run, from 1 to 70 seats, on the web, iPhone and Android. Unbreakable OS is a Kingdom Mindset Investing company.

## How it works

1. Set your big goals: one to five big goals, each with a target month and one accountable leader. We recommend about a year, lined up with the calendar year, but the length is up to you.
2. Pitch ideas: anyone on the team pitches ideas that support a big goal. An AI gatekeeper screens every pitch for alignment, filters out weak ideas and helps the team sharpen strong ones before they reach leaders.
3. Decide once a month: in the monthly Decision Pitch Meeting, leaders discuss and decide each idea in minutes: execute, discard or bank for later.
4. Run the month: each approved pitch becomes a priority for the month, with one owner.
5. Post weekly updates: owners post a short weekly status report for each priority, so progress is visible without extra meetings.
6. Close the cycle: every priority closes executed, failed or pivoted, and the execution rate is the score. Then the next cycle starts.

## Pricing

- Core team: $195 per month for up to 10 seats.
- Growing team: $195 plus $20 per added seat, for 11 to 25 seats ($215 to $495 per month).
- Scaling team: $495 plus $12 per added seat, for 26 to 70 seats, never more than $995 per month.
- More than 70 seats: talk to the team.
- Every plan includes the complete system and starts with a 45-day free trial. A card is required at signup, and nothing is charged during the trial. Annual billing gives you 2 months free.
